Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards and any additional payment options displayed during checkout.

Regular in-stock purchases must be paid in full when the order is placed.

Custom and made-to-order purchases require a 50% nonrefundable deposit before materials are purchased or production begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the finished order is shipped or released for local pickup.

Afterpay is available through Square for eligible purchases, allowing customers to divide their purchase into four interest-free payments. Afterpay availability is determined during checkout.

Processing Time

Processing and production times are separate from shipping time.

• Handmade in-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Memory bears, baby weight bears and memory pillows: Please allow approximately 30–40 business days for production after the required clothing or materials have been received and the deposit has been paid.
• Personalized favor bags and custom bundles: Production time depends on the quantity, materials and event date. Orders of up to 250 items require at least three months’ notice. Orders of 251–500 items require at least six months’ notice. The maximum accepted quantity is 500 items.
• Digital downloads: Delivered immediately after payment through an email or download link. Please allow up to 24 hours if manual delivery is required.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are generally shipped through USPS, unless another carrier or shipping arrangement is listed during checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the package’s weight, size and destination. For website purchases, shipping is calculated during checkout. For custom orders, shipping charges may be added to the final invoice.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. NettysPoolofDesignz LLC is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup in Fridley, Minnesota may be available for select orders. Pickup details will be provided directly after the order is completed.

Orders must be picked up within two calendar days after the customer receives the ready-for-pickup notice. If you cannot pick up your order within that time, you must contact us before the pickup deadline to make other arrangements. Orders left without communication may be considered abandoned, and payments will not be refunded.

Delays and Event Orders

Custom-order timelines are estimates and may be affected by order size, material availability, shipping delays or unexpected circumstances. We will contact you if a delay is expected to affect your estimated completion or shipping date.

Customers ordering for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, holidays or other time-sensitive events are responsible for ordering within the required notice period. An event date does not guarantee completion unless the timeline has been approved by NettysPoolofDesignz LLC before the deposit is paid.
