1. Who we are

NettysPoolofDesignz LLC is a sole-proprietor handmade goods business based in Fridley, Minnesota. We create handmade physical products, made-to-order custom items, event favor items, and digital downloads.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Custom and made-to-order items (memory bears, baby weight bears, memory pillows, personalized drawstring bags, custom bundles, etc.) are built to your specifications after order confirmation — production timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

4. Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically. Once a digital file has been delivered/downloaded, the sale is final (see Return Policy).

5. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, and product photography are the property of NettysPoolofDesignz LLC and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

NettysPoolofDesignz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
